COSTUME INFORMATION

• When you get the costume(s) home, please put your child's name on the inside tag with a permanent marker and hang it on the hanger.  Any loose items should be placed in a small zip-lock bag with the child's name on it; make a tiny hole and conveniently hang it on the hanger along with the costume.  We recommend that costumes are stored and carried in garment bags.

• Please take care of the costumes prior to the showcase day. All accessories will be collected by the studio in order to ensure that no pieces get lost or forgotten at home and will be given back to you after the showcase. 

• For dancers under the age of 7 - NO PANTIES are to be worn with their costumes - DANCE tights will take their place (not nylons). Dance Tights with liners can be purchased on Amazon or at the studio.  Please check below on specific tights and colors.

Contemporary

Hip Hop Level 1

No tights, plain white gym shoes, hair any style as long as its out of their face 

Majorette

Skin colored tights, black jazz shoes, hair in slicked back middle part low bun

Advanced Hip Hop

No tights needed, but can be worn, black indoor gym shoes/hip hop shoes, black socks, hair in slicked back middle part low bun 

Wednesday Ballet 1

Ballet pink footed tights, pink ballet shoes, hair in slicked back middle part low bun

Wednesday Ballet 2

Ballet pink footed tights, pink ballet shoes, hair in slicked back middle part low bun

Wednesday Ballet 3

Ballet pink footed tights, pink ballet shoes, hair in slicked back middle part low bun

Hip Hop/Jazz

Skin colored footed tights (not required), black jazz shoes, hair anyway you want as long as its out of the face

Friday Pre Ballet

White footed tights, pink ballet shoes, hair how every you want as long as its out of the face (high ballet bun recommended but not required)

Friday Beg Jazz

White footed tights, tan jazz shoes, hair however you want as long as its a style that can help hold up their reindeer antlers and must be out of their face (recommended hair style is 2 high space buns, but not required)

Tumbling Level 1 & 2

No tights, no shoes, hair in slicked back middle part low bun

Stage Makeup

Ages 8 & under: makeup is up to the parents. Light make up is recommended since they will be on stage

with lighting and the lights can wash out the dancers facial features.

Ages 9+: Light holiday makeup to match their costume. Red lipstick recommended
