Role as a volunteer is to ensure a smooth check-in process and the overall success of the event, please take note of the following instructions:

 

1. Arrival Time: Please plan to arrive at the venue at least half an hour prior to the students' check-in time. This will allow you to organize everything and ensure a prompt start to the recital. 

 

2. Attire: Please wear your showcase T-shirt when you arrive at the venue. This will help us identify you as a volunteer. 

 

3. Check-in Procedure: Upon arrival, please check in with me to receive your name tag and the students' attendance list. I will provide you with any additional information or instructions you may need for the day.

 

4. Greeting and Assistance: Your primary responsibility will be to greet the students and their families at the check-in table. Once they are checked in, please guide them and their belongings to the dressing room assigned to their class. 

 

5. Time Management: Should you unexpectedly run late, please email me at Vi.dancinaround@gmail.com so I can find someone to cover your duties.

 

Additionally, at the end of each show, parent volunteers will be assisting the students in coming on stage to take a bow. Please ensure that you are presentable.

 

Please remember that your dedication and support as volunteers contribute greatly to the success of the showcase. Your efforts are sincerely appreciated by the entire DA staff.
