Portrait Information & Schedule

Portrait Session will be held at Dancin’ Around Dance Studio.  Picture forms are filled out at the studio prior to your session - CASH (exact change) or CREDIT CARD only.  NO CHECKS!  You will need ONE order form per dancer!

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled portrait time in costume & camera ready!  Please be on-time!  We cannot take pictures until the entire class arrives.  Do not make the entire class wait.  It will delay the entire portrait schedule.  If for some reason you cannot attend the portrait session, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

We ask that parents wait outside the studio or in their cars.  The entire studio will be used by our dancers. There will not be an area for waiting.  Dancers with costume changes will be assisted by our parent volunteers.

 

Hair and makeup FOR PORTRAITS ONLY can be any style you want. Remember, these are your pictures to keep so make sure your daughter comes presentable!

 

**Attendance for the portrait session is MANDATORY - purchasing the portrait packages are optional **

  • 10:30 AM - Beginners Ballet/Jazz - Miss Nia

  • 10:45 AM - Ballet Level 1 - Miss Vi

  • 11:00 AM - Ballet Levels 2 & 3 - Miss Sophia

  • 11:15 AM - Jazz Level 1 - Miss Caitlyn

  • 11:30 AM - Hip Hop Level 1 - Miss Lanice

  • 11:45 AM - Hip Hop Level 3 - Mr. Alec

  • 12:00 AM - Majorette - Miss Lanice

  • 12:15 PM - Jazz Level 2 - Miss Caitlyn

  • 12:30 PM - Jazz Level 3 - Miss Nia

  • 12:45 PM - Acro/Tumbling Level 1 - Miss Nia

  • 1:00 PM - Acro/Tumbling Level 2 - Miss Nia

  • 1:15 PM Contemporary - Miss Essense
