All tickets must be purchased online, and it’s important that everyone reserves their seats in advance. Pre-Sale tickets will be on sale from November 17th - December 13th.  After that, tickets can be purchased at the door with an increase of $5.00 per seat. There are various seat pricing options available.

 

Children under three years old can attend for free but must sit on a lap. If you would like them to have their own seat, a ticket must be purchased for them.

As you select your seats, we kindly ask you to avoid leaving gaps between them. Please ensure that seats are purchased next to each other to maximize seating capacity. Seats will go fast, so if you want to sit together as a family, we encourage you to purchase them together!

It is also important that you download the QR code after purchasing your tickets to your phone or print out the tickets with the QR code. This code will be scanned when you enter the facility for the show.

Our Winter Showcase is scheduled to begin at 2:30 PM.  Auditorium door open for spectators between 2:00-2:15pm.  Please have your Bar Code Ticketing available for scanning either printed on paper or on your smart device.

​​​We kindly request that you take note of the following auditorium restrictions:

     - Balloons are not permitted inside the facility.

     - Video recordings are strictly prohibited.

     - Flash photography is not allowed.​

     - No outside food allowed.

    - No eating in the auditorium.

    - Only bottled water with lid allowed inside the auditorium.
